Business Intelligence Developer
Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for the innovative and cost-effective implementation of technological solutions for JARC Group's operations. He/She determines the requirements of a project or program and communicates them clearly and comprehensively to all stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.
Job Specifications:
Education
  • Graduate of of Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or any other related courses

Experience
  • Working experience in full ETL life cycle   
  • At least 3 years’ experience of SQL development  
  • At least 3 years’ experience in utilizing dashboarding tool, preferably Power Bi

Skills
  • Can assimilate disparate information and create data-driven reports
  • Knowledgeable in report development and dashboard creations  
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and data analytics skills  
  • Proficient in SQL development such as writing queries, procedures, functions, views, etc.  
  • Capable of database development such creating tables, indexes, primary and foreign keys, constraints
  • Possesses a good understanding of database, data warehouse, concepts, and design

Work Set-up

Project Coordinator
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator assists the Project Managers in organizing ongoing projects. Their tasks involve monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Job Specifications:
Education
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or any other related courses

Experience
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or as any other similar role

Skills
  • Extensive ability in file and project management and other administrative procedures 
  • Has problem-solving skills, utilizes a logical approach
  • Strong analytical, public relations, and communication skills 
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project 
  • Keen attention to detail 
  • Ensures confidentiality and can manage confidential information
