Business Process Analyst
Job Description:
The Business Process Analyst works closely with Senior Management in designing new business models to better execute our corporate strategies. He/She is responsible for streamlining and reengineering existing business processes and providing support to improve our business management.
Job Specifications:
Education
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or any other related courses
Experience
- 3 –5 years of relevant work experience
- Preferably with Six Sigma knowledge/ experience and other process improvement background
- Has experience in various ERP software
Skills
- Proficient in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger modules
- Has a very good understanding of supply chain (P2P / OTC) processes
- Knowledgeable in flow chart documentation and process mapping and re-engineering
- Familiar with ERP, CRM & BI tools
- Knowledge of BI tools, SQL language and MS Excel VBA is an advantage
