Instructional Designer
Job Description:
The Instructional Designer assists in creating and implementing JARC Group's employee development modules. Through various digital platforms, the Instructional Designer must utilize user interfaces and graphic design elements for e-learning media such as WBTs, simulations, scenarios, audio, and video. He/She also monitors the modules’ performance while ensuring the effectivity of the LMS programs.
Job Specifications:
Education
- Graduate of Communications, Multimedia Arts, Media Production, or any other related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience
- Certifications for digital tools is an advantage
Skills
- Knowledgeable in e-learning platforms and various digital media
- Proficient in digital media development, web-based trainings, and virtual production
- Can navigate and operate AV and graphic design tools
- Conversant in both Filipino and English
- Possesses agility and willingness to learn new technology
