Job Description:
The Recruitment Associate is responsible for sourcing candidates for open JARC Group positions. He/She must continuously fulfill the company’s requirements by finding qualified candidates that match the organizational culture and the job opening.
Job Specifications:
Education
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or any other related course
Experience
- At least 1 - 3 years’ experience relevant to the field
Skills
- Familiarity with standard hiring practices and candidate selection methods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent digital marketing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
