Assistant Executive Secretary
Job Description:
The  Assistant Executive Secretary assists the Executive committee by fulfilling organizational and communications tasks. He/She manages external and internal communications and meeting minutes while ensuring all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner. 
Job Specifications:
Education
  • Graduate of Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, or any other related courses

Experience
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an executive secretary or any administrative role

Skills
  • Can efficiently produce and manage meeting minutes
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Able to ensure confidentiality and manage confidential information

Work Set-up
  • Face-to-face reporting
