Assistant Executive Secretary
Job Description:
The Assistant Executive Secretary assists the Executive committee by fulfilling organizational and communications tasks. He/She manages external and internal communications and meeting minutes while ensuring all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
Job Specifications:
Education
- Graduate of Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, or any other related courses
Experience
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an executive secretary or any administrative role
Skills
- Can efficiently produce and manage meeting minutes
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communications skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Able to ensure confidentiality and manage confidential information
Work Set-up
- Face-to-face reporting
