Job Description:
The Accounting Assistant for credit & collection performs a variety of accounting tasks such as preparing the weekly collection report and deposits, the summary of post-dated checks and statement of account. They also fulfills the cashiering function accountable in the daily cash and check collection and deposits, as well as the safekeeping and monitoring of post-dated checks and facilities check rediscounting.

Education
  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any other related courses

Experience
  • Proven experience in general accounting

Skills
  • Has good spoken and written command of the English and Filipino languages
  • Has keen attention to detail 
  • Can efficiently manage priorities and deadlines
  • Ensures confidentiality and can manage confidential information 
  • Proactive, promotes integrity, and can function with minimal supervision

Work Set-up
  • May require employee to report in the office or work-from-home as advised
